Date Night

Well, Saturday evening I had my first date in a while. And it was pretty fantastic. We went bowling, ate some dinner, then drove around and talked awhile, then went to a park and talked some more and kissed. *blush* I had a nice time and look forward to more dates in the future.

In other news, work has been going very well. I'm really enjoying my class and I have discovered in me that I truly love working with the little kids and teaching them. I think it's because I get to do a lot of singing and dancing all day long. :) And arts and crafts projects. :) FUN FUN FUN!

My parents are leaving for a conference in Colorado on Sunday and will be gone til the 3rd of October. I'm thinking this is going to give me a taste of what I desire, which is to be on my own again. I have saved up lots of money, and now that I have a stable job again, I think I am ready to begin that search again to find a place to rent. So, I'll have *that* fun on the horizon. I really would like to look at the place I had previously gotten ready to rent from. Although, I'm also keeping in the back of my mind that if things work out in this dating situation, I will then literally *still* be across town from him. :( So, I'm debating on if I should attempt finding something more central. But, I have time. My goal is to be on my way out by the end of this year... so I have about 3 months to see where things go and to decide what to do. In the meantime, I can continue saving up $$$. :) Always a good thing! Off to work I go now....hope everyone has a Terrific Tuesday!
