Well, I have an interview on Weds afternoon for a position in East Central ISD...! I'm hoping that this could be the one... and it'd be a GREAT birthday present to find out that I have nailed a position before my birthday this year (the past 2 birthdays have been spent fretting over NO job... and NO interviews at all...)
This year seems to be my year... I've managed to get more than one interview... the only interview I had up until this point was my NEISD screening interview... and the district doesn't even do those anymore since there are SO MANY APPLICANTS trying to get jobs wherever they can. Anyhow, I'm hoping that East Central will be willing to take a chance on someone without years of experience and that it'll be a good place for me to get my start.
Wish me well and think of me on Wednesday...! Hopefully I'll make an excellent impression and I will be offered a position!
